BENEFITS
Garlic is used in many Thai dishes.
Garlic is grown worldwide, with China producing over 10 million tonnes a year. 
It can be eaten raw or cooked and has many health benefits. 
Garlic lowers cholesterol and blood pressure, aids digestion and has both antibiotic and anti fungal properties. 
This wonder bulb keeps the intestines healthy and can be used to treat coughs and colds.  
As well as giving you a boost in energy it regulates the blood sugar levels as well. 
Garlic is also known to act as an aphrodisiac! 

In Thai cuisine, GARLIC has an important role.
Here are some dishes served in our restaurant which contain garlic: 
GAI PUD GRA TIEM (Chicken and garlic). Stir fried chicken, garlic, pepper, onion, coriander served on bed of lettuce.
MOO PAD GRA TIEM (Pork with garlic). Stir fried pork, garlic, pepper, onion, coriander served on bed of lettuce.

GOONG PAO (Grilled giant king prawns). Grilled giant king prawns with garlic, black pepper, butter, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
