CORIANDER
BENEFITS
In Thai cooking, coriander is used in two ways: in its seed form, and as a fresh herb.
In the West, coriander is also known as "cilantro" or "Chinese parsley".
While fresh coriander has nutritional value, coriander seed has been used since ancient times by healers in Greece, Rome, the UK, China, and India for the following complaints:
 - gastrointestinal trouble (including gas and bloating)
 - digestive problems
 - bacterial and fungal infections
 - loss of appetite

In Thai cuisine, CORIANDER has an important role.
Here are some dishes served in our restaurant which contain CORIANDER: 

TOM YUM GAI SOUP . Spicy hot& sour soup with chicken, mushrooms, lemongrass, lime leaves, coriander and touch of chilli oil.
TOM YUM GOONG SOUP. Spicy hot& sour soup with king prawns, mushrooms, lemongrass, lime leaves, coriander and touch of chilli oil.
TOM KHA SOUP . A light coconut soup flavoured with lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, fresh coriander and touch of chilli oil.
MOO PAD GRA TIEM (Pork with garlic) . Stir fried pork, garlic, pepper, onion, coriander served on bed of lettuce.
GOONG PAO(Grilled giant king prawns). Grilled giant king prawns with garlic, black pepper, coriander, butter, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
GOONG GRA TIEM(Prawns with garlic) .Stir fried prawn, garlic, pepper, onion, coriander served on bed of lettuce.
